Cedric Barnes
As President of CMB Services, Inc., Cedric is responsible for business development, and the implementation of policies and procedures that ensure success for our clients for years to come. Cedric has a B.A. in Business Administration and has extensive experience in leadership, administration, construction and community reform. CMB Services, Inc. originally CMB Cleaning was founded by Cedric’s father and Mother Pamela Barnes. Cedric’s Sr. being a retired Sgt./Army Medic and full-time Pastor instilled in him the importance of God, Family, and Community. Cedric assumed leadership in 2012; transitioning the firm to its present day focus of Development, Construction, Construction Management. CMB Services, Inc. now reflects Mr. Barnes family passion of Community Development and Construction; responsible for managing services and or constructing over 1 Million Square ft of Class A, B, Multi-Family and or K-12 since 2012.
Erica Barnes
As VP of Finance, Erica is responsible for all accounting, budgets, and financial projections for CMB Services, Inc. Erica joined the firm in 2018.
Michael Dye
As Superintendent, Michael is responsible for all site construction activities including all field and subcontractor personnel as required to successfully complete each project on schedule and within budget. He is a Construction Project Manager with over 20 years of experience. He also monitors multiple projects simultaneously, tracks expenses, and maintains resources for CMB Services, Inc.
